Once you choose the package you want to start with, you will then click “Schedule Consultation,” this will prompt you to set up a 30-minute call with our team. Before this call you will receive a questionnaire email for us to review on our call. After our call we will be ready to rock ‘n’ roll. We will send you a follow-up questionnaire asking for the detailed info we will need along with payment. * Remember, there is not a contract you will have to sign, we do ask for a 3-month commitment with a 30-day notice to stop services. Do I Need To Have A Free Download To Promote On Pinterest?
No, you do not have to have a freebie to promote on Pinterest. We can create images from your blog posts and other social media posts to promote on Pinterest. If you have a freebie such as a free guide, e-book, checklist, something that people can sign up for and download does make it easier for us to create images around and grow your email list, but is not required to start working with us.
Is The A Contract To Start Working With Social Speak?
No, we do not have contracts with our clients. Pinterest and Instagram marketing is not an overnight success, it does take time to grow. We do ask for at least a 3-month verbal commitment, with a 30-day written notice to end services.
How Does The Billing Work With Social Speak?
Once you choose the package that is the right fit for you and your budget, you will set up the 30-minute onboarding call with our team, after that call you will receive a questionnaire that will ask for usernames and passwords, along with your credit card information. The day you fill out that form is the day your card will get charged via Stripe each month. This is a secure system, our team will NOT have access to your full credit card number. If you are at a higher package and doing Promoted pins, Amber & Caitlin will show you where to enter in your credit card information with Pinterest and Instagram and then those platforms will charge your card for the agreed-upon amount of ad spend each month. Your monthly management fee does NOT include ad spend.
How Long Does It Take To See Results?
As we mentioned, Pinterest and Instagram is not an overnight success. Our goal is for you to start seeing traffic to your website within the first month. With our weekly reporting, we will be able to track our efforts. If your package includes promoted pins you will have more data to be able to track that success.
What If I Have Questions Or Need Support?
Social Speak uses a platform called Basecamp, this is a project management tool that allows the clients to communicate with the Social Speak team. If you have any questions, ideas, concerns, etc, you can reach out through Basecamp or email.
